I didnt really know what to expect as I had just booked a room here because it was near where my friend was staying. When I arrived I was very happy. The rooms were spotless, probably due to the fact that it is a new build hotel. There was loads of space, a big bathroom, even a sink on the balcony. The room also featured a flat screen tv with english news channels, as well as the asian food channel and crime channel (both english). Ample wardrobe space. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, especially the main girl, she was so happy, but then again so is everyone in thailand. 2 local mini markets within 2 mins walking distance.
non at all for me, but if you were wanting something close to the main touristy bit i think it is a little bit out of the way, but dont let this change your mind about booking here because for the price it is 5 x better than a travelodge. you will not be disappointed.

The rooms were very nice clean and modern. Nice to chill if you just want some quite time.
The staff could not speak much english. Nowhere to eat nearby had to walk a good 20/30mins for food. No shop at hotel. Says on Booked.net there was a shopat hotel.
